I only had safety inspection done with my last (and my very first) visit to this shop, but I was very impressed with the professionalism displayed by all staff. They treated me with respect and you could feel the sincerity in their voice. I will definitely come back when my car needs service.

I appreciate your honesty. Any other repair shop, would have tried, to convince me to repair the vehicle.

The people at the Chantilly facility were all very nice and professional. I brought my car in for a battery related problem in which the car would either lose power or fail to get an electrical charge from the battery. I brought it in, had a diagnostic charge of around $160, and was told the battery ends needed to be replaced. It only took until the next day to realize the problem was not at all fixed. In the end, $300 down the toilet.

I recently brought my car into G&C for some work during the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic and I was pleasantly surprised by all of the measures they have in place to allow for a touch free and socially/physically distant interaction. Between the curb side car drop-off (no need to enter the building), employees in masks, online payment, key ATM for car pickup (further limiting person to person interaction), and the free hand sanitizer, G&C really has it covered. Not to mention the honest and quality maintenance and repair work I have come to expect from G&C.

Great service. They properly set expectations and keep us in the loop through the process of fixing our cars. Friendly and professional service. Really like the afterhours key drop-off and pickup system.
