As usual, the folks at G&C were great. I don't know anything about cars, but I think I know something about people: the G&C team is genuinely concerned about keeping me safe on the road. And they guarantee their materials and workmanship will be free of defects for 36 months or 36, 000 miles, whichever comes first. However, I didn't give them a 5-Star rating because the invoice was lacking in simple language details: I don't know how many actual hours work went into the effort, nor what the hourly rate was for the different type repairs required. Wouldn't that be easy to show on the bill?
