Fantastic as usual. Had to pick up my car on a Saturday. Mike the driver who picked me up was very pleasant. Justin who rang me up was equally friendly and informative. Thays why I keep coming back over and over.

I have been coming to c and g for a little over two years now. I get my wife and my sisters car serviced here too. Raul is an exceptional service rep and I have always gotten quality service from him. In fact if Raul isn't in I will schedule my apointments only when he is in. He is honest knowledgeable and curtious. After two years it feels like I am taking my car in to a good friend.

Overall service would match an upscale dealership, at about 65% of the price. Customer amenities equal to any upscale dealership I've seen, and includ waiting rooms, computer hookups, etc. The staff are competent and were available to keep me fully informed of the work on my car.

I have always like bringing my car into G&C and this past Saturday was no different. My day started by talking to David in the parking lot before G&C opened. I find David very knowledgeable and understands the customer. Then I was giving an unsuspected ride home by Gregg. The only thoughts I would have to better my experience was breakdown in communication upon my check out. It seemed that Jen did not know enough about what was going on with my service appointment and the coupon I presented to David. David by his own admission said he did not know what was on the coupon. The affect was an improper billing. I did not even mind the fact that no one knew how to give a credit on the new accounting system. I knew that your company would make me whole in the end. So please take a note that Better Communication makes a good company even greater. Keep up the fine work and work on better communication. Thanks you for taking the time to care about the customers too. I see that as Gregg and David talk to their customers. I love that aspect of G&C. So until next time.

There is always some form of trepedation when it comes to buying something on the Internet Tires) and then having them installed elsewhere. But my concern tuned to relief and then surprise with the excellent customer service during my appointment last Friday. Everything went smoothly, and you can be assured that, in the words of Gen. Douglas MacArtther, 'I shall return'.

I love this place. Very courteous staff and inspections are completed in a timely manner. They have never tried to push unnecessary repairs on me which is a real bonus.

It took them more than 3 hours for an inspection and installation of 2 tires. I believe it was unacceptable, please speed up the process next time. I was happy with everything else. Thanks, Tholes 703-7313686

Mr. Desrosier - Thanks for the feedback. We are working on the speed of service. We have been looking at more of a Tire Team instead of one tech doing the tires, and another one doing the inspection. Let me know on your next visit. Gregg

love it here! the guys are nice and professional. They are also able to do the work quickly and with little or no notice. i have been there several times in the last year and they have a shuttle that will take you back to your office/home. Overall, a good shop.

Just a routine state inspection, but while I was waiting, one of the service advisors came through the waiting room with "hot from the oven" chocolate chip cookies. Very kind of you!
